Elections are upon us and tensions are running high. Now more than ever it's important to remember to not only cast your vote but to also remain in relationships with those who don't vote like you.
In this podcast, we'll explore what's underneath all of this tension, the struggles and suffering so many are experiencing around this political turmoil (as well as COVID, wildfires and so much more), and how to create healthy, respectful, and loving boundaries.
